Robotic thermal spray coating system is designed and customized as per customer requirement for applying thermal spray coatings on various complex components. Robot is integrated to job rotator/tilting turn table, which is programmable from the robot program. With the robot control, programming is easy, precise and synchronized. The thermal spray chamber is versatile and can also be customized with a large dual-leaf load door containing two viewing windows. Parts are loaded through these doors onto the rotary table or job rotator. High efficiency Cartridge element type dust collector is provided To trap the over sprayed powder so as to maintain clean & healthy atmosphere.
