Water cooled jacket is used as an attachment to the spray gun for additional cooling of the gun where the working temperatures are too high.

It also gives dense coating with increase spray rate.

It has been designed to check the water flow and temperature of the cooling system, if the temperature exceeds to a level, the system will shutdown the coating process. The user can also keep an eye on the temperature of the cooling water by using this system.

Power Supply : 220V-1Ph-0.5A.

For uniform flow throughout the process and uninterrupted gas supply is required. Single cylinder may not fulfill the need of the coating process. To overcome this problem a GAS MANIFOLD is introduced to take gas from number of cylinders and sent to the gun consistently.

While coating the surface of the substrate, it gets heated rapidly and this leads to interruption of the process. In order to overcome this problem MEC suggest the use of an Air Blast Cooling Unit to propel air on to the surface of the substrate while the spraying is in-process. This prevents overheating of the substrate.

An extension can be connected to Hipojet-2700 gun for internal HVOF spray coating. The extension is available in 45˚ & 90˚ of spray coating angles. Standard length of the extension is 36” however 12” & 24” extensions are also available on request..
